Undersink VENTED units are attractive because installation is very simple!
The VENTED units are Non-Pressure boilers (if correctly installed with the supplied Vented Mixer Tap) so NO specialist accessories are needed such as expansion vessels or relief valves.
The UT10 vented under sink water heater retains the ease of installation of traditional vented over sink equivalents but has the additional benefits of being hidden below the sink. The included vented mixer tap subtly gives the appearance of a standard kitchen mixer whilst allowing the unit to self vent and keep a non pressurised operation.
TheUT10 Vented Undersink comes as a complete package and the user does not need to purchase a separate tap.
The vented mixer tap supplied with the water heater comes with THREE flexible hose for ease of installation.
It is normal for the vented hot water tap to drip slightly during the heating cycle, caused by the water expanding as it heats up. (VENTING).

NOTE: The supplied VENTED Tap MUST be used. If fitted with Non-Vented standard tap, the unit will explode.
Vented taps have three tap tails (hoses). Must be fitted in correct order as stated in booklet instructions to allow the water heater to self vent. DO NOT USE YOUR OWN STANDARD TAPS!!
Water Heater MUST be filled completely with water during install before connecting to mains electric.
